What should I wear?

Arrive in suitable outdoor clothing depending on weather conditions
Swimming clothes or shorts to have on under the wetsuit we provide
Trainers or walking shoes that lace up
All technical equipment is provided

What do I need to take?

A small bag to keep all my items in
Something to hold your glasses on if you wear them
A towel to dry off after finishing in the gorge
Spare dry footwear to wear after the gorge
A small amount of money to buy a drink after your activity has finished
Any medical items you might require. You can give them to your instructor to carry on the activity for you. Your instructor must be told about any medical conditions you have

What should I leave at home?

Any valuable items
Anything that’s not waterproof
Any jewelry
Anything you don’t want to loose or break
